Absolutely. Jamie Pantuso, the owner, will personally meet with you to make sure the specifications of the project are clearly understood. We do not charge for quotes or estimations.
We are fully licensed and insured in the state of California. Our licensed number is 750317. It means we carry full general liability and builders risk insurance policies on all homes and buildings we work on. If we use sub-contractors or vendors, we require that all have their own liability insurance to protect your project and your interests.
In addition, Momentum Builders holds the sought after LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Certification from USGBC, a green building rating system recognized internationally.
As a licensed Design-Build company, we can handle every phase of a construction project. This includes the design, drafting, engineering, and architectural plans. But we go above this; we can also handle the permitting and all required inspections and approvals from the various agencies.
Yes, home additions are one of our specialties. With the Bay Area market being so expensive, it is often more affordable to stay in the home you love and do an add-on to the house instead of moving. As mentioned, we can take care of everything for you. All you have to do is meet with us and describe your vision and specific family needs. For some it is an additional bedroom, others it is an extra bathroom, a larger kitchen, or an attached garage.
Over our many years in business, we have worked with many architects and draftsman in the San Francisco Bay Area. We would be happy to work with your architect on your residential or commercial construction project.

As a California licensed general contractor, we can provide construction services anywhere in California. Saying this, we focus on the San Francisco Bay Area and the North Bay, including Marin County and Sonoma County.
Commercial Improvements
    We primarily focus on interior refitting and tenant improvements. In this capacity, we can do work on all size buildings within the Bay Area, California.
Though we offer renovation services, we do not handle earthquake specific retrofitting. We can refer you to a vendor for earthquake specific work.
We often work other licensed contractors on larger size projects. That is a common practice in the construction business. We are happy to work with your contractors or bring in our partners for specific part of the project.

In regards to commercial construction work, we only do interior retrofit and tenant improvement work. If you need a commercial built, you may still contact us and we can refer you to one of our licensed partners.
That is what we mainly for our commercial clients. We sometimes work with the property managers to prepare the suites for maximum rental potential. We also work for tenants who wish to improve their location and make it more attractive to clients and more efficient for their staff.
