- Jobsite kick-off meeting with a dedicated construction superintendent and project manager
- During this meeting a thorough review of the schedule and what to expect during the build
- Value engineering analysis and recommendations before and during the project in order to save our clients valuable dollars
- Samples, mock-ups, and vendor recommendations based on design team and owner objectives and needs
- Weekly construction meetings with the construction team to review general progress, permits/inspections, project documentation, and a two-week look ahead
- Weekly construction update from the construction superintendent with meeting minutes from the week's construction meeting along with an up-to-date client decision checklist
- Critical phase client and design team walkthrough such as electrical fixtures and receptacle box walks
- Thorough project documentation including daily logs, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and client selection sheets
- Transparent and timely invoicing with AIA G-702 and G-703 forms including all necessary backup documentation and lien releases
- Client and design team access to the entire project through our advanced construction management software
- Post-construction closeout meeting in which the construction team will provide a warranty binder and personally train the client if needed
